Compound having acidic group which may be protected, and use thereof

A compound represented by formula (I-1):

• wherein ring A1B and ring A2B each independently represents an imidazole ring which may be substituted by a C1-8 aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an oxo group, or a C1-8 aliphatic hydrocarbon group substituted by a mono- or di-substituted amino group;
• B1A and B2A each independently represents —CH2—;
• G1 represents —CO—, or —CH2—;
• ring E1 represents a benzene ring which may be substituted by a halogen atom, an —O—C 1-8 aliphatic hydrocarbon group, or a C1-8 aliphatic hydrocarbon group;
• LArepresents —CO—or —CH2—;
• J5 represents
• wherein an arrow binds to LA, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a C4-7 monocyclic carbocyclic ring or a C1-8 alkyl group;
• Z1A represents a carboxyl group which may be protected by a C1-15 alkyl group, a C2-10 alkenyl group, a C3-10 cycloalkenyl group, a C6-14 aryl group, a C7-16 aralkyl group or a (C3-8 cycloalkyl group)-(C1-4 alkyl group) which may be substituted by (1) aminocarbonyl group substituted with a C1-15 alkyl group, a C2-10 alkenyl group, a C3-10 cycloalkenyl group, a C6-14 aryl group, a C7-16 aralkyl group or a (C3-8 cycloalkyl group)-(C1-4 alkyl group), or (2) 5- or 6- membered heterocyclic group which may be substituted by a C1-15 alkyl group, a C2-10 alkenyl group, a C3-10 cycloalkenyl group, a C6-14 aryl group, a C7-16 aralkyl group or a (C3-8 cycloalkyl group)-(C1-4 alkyl group), and also have, in addition to a carbon atom, 1 to 4 hetero atom(s) selected from an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom and/or a nitrogen atom;
• R1Y and R2Y each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-8 aliphatic hydrocarbon group;

• r1 represents an integer of 1 to 4,
• a salt thereof, an N-oxide thereof, or a prodrug thereof which is a compound wherein a carboxy group of the compound represented by formula (I-1) is 1-{[(cyclohexyloxy)carbonyl]oxy}ethylesterified when the compound represented by formula (I-1) has a carboxy group.
