Abstract
A synergistic combination of a vanilloid receptor VR-1 antagonist and an NSAID or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate of either or both compounds thereof.
Claims2
A synergistic combination of 4-(7-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-oxo-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-benzonitrile and diclofenac, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of either or both compounds thereof, wherein the ratio of 4-(7-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4-oxo-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-benzonitrile to diclofenac is between 5:1 and 10:1.
