Abstract
The present invention is directed to compositions of matter useful for the treatment of hematopoietic tumor in mammals and to methods of using those compositions of matter for the same.
Claims34
A method of treating a subject having cancer that expresses FcRH5, said method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an isolated monoclonal anti-FcRH5 antibody comprising:
- (a) a light chain variable domain comprising:
- (i) HVR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 26;
- (ii) HVR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 27;
- and
- (iii) HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 28;
- and
- (b) a heavy chain variable domain comprising:
- (i) HVR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 35;
- (ii) HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 36;
- and
- (iii) HVR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 37,
- wherein the antibody is conjugated to a cytotoxic agent.
A method of inhibiting the growth of a cell that expresses FcRH5, said method comprising contacting said cell with an isolated monoclonal anti-FcRH5 antibody comprising:
- (a) a light chain variable domain comprising:
- (i) HVR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 26;
- (ii) HVR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 27;
- and
- (iii) HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 28;
- and
- (b) a heavy chain variable domain comprising:
- (i) HVR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 35;
- (ii) HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 36;
- and
- (iii) HVR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 37, thereby causing an inhibition of growth of said cell,
- wherein the antibody is conjugated to a cytotoxic agent.
