Abstract
Methods for veterinary treatment of mammals are described, for treatment of conditions having an inflammatory component. The methods are particularly suited to treatment of cats, dogs, or horses.

A method of veterinary treatment of a mammal for an inflammatory respiratory disease, comprising administering a serum composition obtained from a goat after challenge with HIV, wherein the inflammatory respiratory disease is selected from the group consisting of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic airway disease, and equine respiratory disorders.
