Abstract
A pneumatic tire comprises a tread portion, a pair of sidewall portions, a pair of bead portions, a pair of bead cores disposed one in each of the bead portions, and a carcass ply extending between the bead portions through the tread portion and sidewall portions, wherein the carcass ply is composed of windings of at least one carcass cord looped around the two bead cores in a helical manner and/or figure-of-eight manner.

A pneumatic tire comprising a tread portion, a pair of sidewall portions, a pair of bead portions, a pair of bead cores disposed one in each of the bead portions, a carcass ply extending between the bead portions through the tread portion and sidewall portions, wherein the carcass ply is composed of windings of at least one carcass cord looped around the bead cores, and
- the carcass ply comprises a circumferential part in which said at least one carcass cord is looped around the bead cores in a helical manner, and a circumferential part in which said at least one carcass cord is looped around the bead cores in a figure-of-eight manner.
