Method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving signal from relay station in radio communication system

An apparatus for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system, the apparatus comprising:

• a radio frequency unit configured to transmit and receive a radio signal;
• and
• a processor coupled to the radio frequency unit,
• wherein the processor transmits a control signal to a relay user equipment through an access downlink transmission subframe and receives a backhaul downlink signal, transmitted from a base station through a backhaul downlink transmission subframe, through a backhaul downlink reception subframe,
• wherein orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) symbols, used for transmission of the backhaul downlink signal, are determined by whether the access downlink transmission subframe and the backhaul downlink transmission subframe are transmitted with time aligned subframe boundaries.
