This invention relates to a method of treating acute myelogenous leukemia with TPA along with Dexamethasone and choline magnesium trisalicylate.

A method of treating a patient suffering from acute myelogenous leukemia which comprises administering to the patient an effective amount of 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) along with dexamethasone and choline magnesium trisalicylate.
