Synergistic combination of analgesic compounds

A pharmaceutical composition comprising as active substances a therapeutically effective amount of:

• a) nefopam hydrochloride
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
• and
• b) ibuprofen
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
• wherein the nefopam hydrochloride and ibuprofen, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, exert a synergistic analgesic effect, and are optionally combined with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
