Abstract
A herbicidal composition comprising a herbicidal sulfonylurea compound or its salt, and an alkoxylated glyceride. A method for controlling undesired plants or inhibiting their growth, which comprises applying a herbicidally effective amount of the herbicidal composition to the undesired plants or to a place where they grow. A method for enhancing the herbicidal effect of a herbicidal sulfonylurea compound or its salt by means of an alkoxylated glyceride.
Claims20
A herbicidal composition comprising a herbicidal sulfonylurea compound or its salt, and a polyoxyethylene glyceride,
- wherein the herbicidal sulfonylurea compound or its salt is at least one herbicidal sulfonylurea compound selected from the group consisting of amidosulfuron, azimsulfuron, bensulfuron-methyl, chlorimuron-ethyl, chlorsulfuron, cinosulfuron, cyclosulfamuron, ethametsulfuron-methyl, ethoxysulfuron, flazasulfuron, flucetosulfuron, flupyrsulfuron, foramsulfuron, halosulfuron-methyl, imazosulfuron, iodosulfuron, mesosulfuron-methyl, metsulfuron-methyl, nicosulfuron, oxasulfuron, primisulfuron-methyl, prosulfuron, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, rimsulfuron, sulfometuron-methyl, sulfosulfuron, thifensulfuron-methyl, triasulfuron, tribenuron-methyl, trifloxysulfuron, triflusulfuron-methyl, and tritosulfuron, or salts thereof;
- and
- wherein said polyoxyethylene glyceride is not polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil.
