Abstract
A metal complex dye, containing a ligand LL1 having a structure represented by Formula (I): wherein R1 and R2 represent a specific substituent; L1 and L2 represent a group composed of at least one kind of group selected from the group consisting of an ethenylene group, an ethynylene group and an arylene group, and conjugate with R1 or R2, and the bipyridine; the ethenylene group and the arylene group may be substituted or unsubstituted; R3 and R4 represent a substituent; n1 and n2 represent an integer of 0 to 3; A1 and A2 represent an acidic group or a salt thereof; and n3 and n4 represent an integer of 0 to 3.
Claims17
A metal complex dye, which is represented by any of Formulas (XIII) to (XV):
- wherein
- A9, A10, A11, A12, A13 and A14 each independently represent a carboxyl group or a salt thereof;
- R200 and R203 each independently represent an alkynyl group;
- R202, R205, R207, R208, R210, R211, R213 to R216 and R218 to R221 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an alkoxy group, an alkylthio group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, an arylthio group, an amino group, a heterocyclic group or a halogen atom;
- at least one of R207 and R208 is an alkyl group;
- at least one of R210 and R211 is an alkyl group;
- R201 and R204 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an alkylthio group or a halogen atom;
- R201 and R202, R204 and R205, R207 and R208, R210 and R211, any of R213 to R216, and any of R218 to R221 may be bonded with each other to form a ring;
- the two R206's and the two R209's are the same or different from each other, and each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or an alkynyl group, but R206's or R209's are not bonded with each other for forming a ring;
- the two R212's and the two R217's are the same or different from each other, and each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or an alkynyl group, but R212's or R217's are not bonded with each other for forming a ring;
- m7 to m10 each independently represent an integer of 1 to 5;
- Z represents a monodentate or bidentate ligand;
- and q1 to q3 each independently represent 1 or 2.
