Abstract
A vehicle exhaust waste heat utilizing system includes a heating pipe mechanism heated by an exhaust device to boil raw water, a raw-water containing mechanism, a boiled-water conveying mechanism, and a boiled-water processing mechanism. The raw-water containing mechanism supplies raw water into the heating pipe mechanism. The boiled-water conveying mechanism conveys boiled water flowing from the heating pipe mechanism. The boiled-water processing mechanism receives and stores the boiled water flowing from the boiled-water conveying mechanism.
Claims15
An exhaust waste heat utilizing system for a vehicle, the vehicle including a vehicle body, and an exhausting device mounted on the vehicle body, the exhaust waste heat utilizing system comprising:
- a raw-water containing mechanism adapted to be mounted on the vehicle body and adapted to contain raw water;
- a heating pipe mechanism in fluid connection with said raw-water containing mechanism and adapted to be mounted on the exhausting device, said heating pipe mechanism having a heating compartment in fluid communication with said raw-water containing mechanism such that said raw-water containing mechanism supplies the raw water into said heating compartment, said heating compartment being adapted to be heated by the exhausting device to boil the raw water to thereby form boiled water;
- a boiled-water conveying mechanism in fluid connection with said heating pipe mechanism for receiving and conveying the boiled water flowing from said heating pipe mechanism;
- and
- a boiled-water processing mechanism adapted to be mounted on the vehicle body and including a boiled-water storing box in fluid connection with said boiled-water conveying mechanism for receiving and storing the boiled water flowing from said boiled-water conveying mechanism, and a boiled-water passable one-way valve connected between and in fluid communication with said boiled-water storing box and said raw-water containing mechanism for limiting flow of the boiled from said boiled-water storing box into said raw-water containing mechanism;
- wherein said boil-water conveying mechanism includes a first boiled-water pipe in fluid communication with said heating compartment for conveying the boiled water flowing from said heating compartment, and a second boiled-water pipe disposed between and in fluid connection with said boiled-water storing box and said heating compartment for conveying the boiled water flowing from said heating compartment, said first and second boiled-water pipes having outlet ends that are not connected together by any element.
