Abstract
In an organic light-emitting display apparatus and a method of manufacturing the same, the organic light-emitting display apparatus comprises: a substrate; a light-emitting unit formed on the substrate; and an encapsulation film, which covers the light-emitting unit on the substrate, and which includes a plurality of organic layers and a plurality of inorganic layers which are alternately stacked.
Claims17
An organic light-emitting display apparatus, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a light-emitting unit formed on the substrate;
- and
- an encapsulation film which covers the light-emitting unit on the substrate, and which comprises a plurality of organic layers and a plurality of inorganic layers which are alternately stacked;
- wherein each of the plurality of organic layers has a width different from widths of the other organic layers, a smallest one, in width, of the organic layers having a same width as the light-emitting unit.
A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display apparatus, the method comprising the steps of:
- preparing a substrate;
- forming a light-emitting unit on the substrate;
- and
- forming an encapsulation film which covers the light-emitting unit on the substrate, and which comprises a plurality of organic layers and a plurality of inorganic layers which are alternately stacked;
- wherein each of the plurality of organic layers has a width different from widths of other organic layers, a smallest one of the organic layers, in width, having a same width as the light-emitting unit.
