Compounds comprising formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a dashed line represent the presence or absence of a double bond, are disclosed, wherein J1, J2, U1, B, Y, and A are as described in claims 1-12. Methods, compositions, and medicaments related thereto are also disclosed, for treating glaucoma, inflammatory bowel disease and baldness.

- A is —(CH2)m—Ar—(CH2)o— wherein Ar is interarylene or heterointerarylene, the sum of m and o is 1, 2, 3, or 4, and wherein one CH2 may be replaced by S or O;
- U1 is independently hydrogen;
- OH;
- F;
- Cl;
- Br;
- I;
- CN;
- or O-alkyl having 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms;
- J1 is hydrogen;
- F;
- Cl, Br;
- I;
- O;
- OH;
- CN;
- O-alkyl having 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms;
- alkyl having 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 carbon atoms;
- or CF3;
- J2 is OH;
