Triazolopyridine compounds as PIM kinase inhibitors

A compound of general Formula I:

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
• R10 and R11 together with the N to which they are attached form a 4-8 membered heterocyclic ring optionally having an additional ring heteroatom selected from N and O, wherein the heterocyclic ring is optionally substituted with one or more R9 groups;
• each R9 is independently selected from halogen, (1-6C)alkyl, NRfRg, -(1-6C alkyl)NRhRi, ORj, (1-6C alkyl)ORk, C(O)NRmRn, C(O)O(1-6C alkyl), and -(1-6C alkyl)NRhC(O)O(1-6C alkyl);
• B is H, ORa, (1-6C alkyl)NRbRc, (1-6C alkyl)OH, NRbRc, or CH(OH)CH2OH;
• R1 is H, F, Cl, Br, methyl, ethyl, cyclopropyl or CN;
• R1a, R2, R3 and R4 are independently H, F, Cl, Br, methyl, ethyl, cyclopropyl or CN;
• R5 and R7 are independently H, F, Me or CN;
• R6 is H, F, Me, Br, CN, cyclopropyl or phenyl;
• Ra is H, (1-6C alkyl), -(1-6C alkyl)-O-(1-6C alkyl) or -(1-6C alkyl)-O-(3-6C cycloalkyl);
• each Rb, Rc, Rd, Re, Rf, Rg, Rh, Ri, Rj, Rk, and Rm is independently selected from H and (1-6C alkyl);
• and
• Rn is H, (1-6C alkyl) or O-(1-6C alkyl).
