• q is 1, 2, or 3;
• R2, R3, R4, R15 and R16 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl, and —CF3;
• R24 is present or absent and, when present, is 1 to 5 groups independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, heterocycloalkylalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, arylcycloalkyl, halo, —CF3—SH, —OR19, —CN, —C(O)R20, —C(O)R19, —S(O)0-2R21, —S(O)1-2N(R22)(R23), —C(O)N(R22)(R23), —N(R22)C(O)R20, —N(R22)C(O)N(R22)(R23), —N(R22)C(O)OR19, —N(R22)S(O)1-2R21, —NO2, —N═C(R22)(R23) and —N(R22)(R23);
• each R19 (when present) is selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, heteroarylalkyl, heterocycloalkyl and heterocycloalkylalkyl;
• each R20 (when present) is selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, heteroarylalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, heterocycloalkylalkyl and amino);
• each R21 (when present) is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, heteroarylalkyl, heterocycloalkyl and heterocycloalkylalkyl;
• and
