Abstract
An optical sheet, a backlight device, and a liquid crystal display device are provided. The beam-condensing optical sheet includes a large number of irregularity portions arranged on one main surface of a light-transmissive base, in which a pitch of arrangement of the irregularity portions is 110 μm or more and 330 μm or less, and surface roughness (Ra) of the irregularity portion is 0.1 μm or less.
Claims16
A beam-condensing optical sheet comprising:
- a plurality of irregularity portions arranged on one main surface of a light-transmissive base, the irregularity portions having:
- (a) a width of 110 μm or more and 330 μm or less;
- (b) a surface roughness of 0.1 μm or less;
- (c) a height not larger than 50% of a thickness of the light-transmissive base;
- and
- (d) an arrangement pitch equal to the width.

A back-light device comprising:
- a light source;
- and
- an optical sheet configured to adjust light emitted from the light source, the optical sheet having a plurality of irregularity portions arranged on one main surface of a light-transmissive base, the plurality of irregular portions having:
- (a) a width of 110 μm or more and 330 μm or less;
- and
- (b) a surface roughness of 0.1 μm or less;
- (c) an arrangement pitch equal to the width of the irregularity portions;
- and
- (d) a height not larger than 50% of the thickness of the base.
6 more elements
A liquid crystal display device comprising:
- a liquid crystal display panel having a back side;
- a light source disposed on the back side;
- and
- an optical sheet disposed between the liquid crystal display panel and the light source, the optical sheet having a plurality of irregularity portions arranged on one main surface of a light-transmissive base, the plurality of irregularity portions having:
- (a) a width of 110 μm or more and 330 μm or less;
- and
- (b) a surface roughness of 0.1 μm or less;
- (c) an arrangement pitch equal to the width of the irregularity portions;
- and
- (d) a height of not larger than 50% of the thickness of the base.
