## Abstract

A soybean cultivar designated 15115139 is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar 15115139, to the plants of soybean cultivar 15115139, to the plant parts of soybean cultivar 15115139, and to methods for producing progeny of soybean cultivar 15115139. The invention also relates to methods for producing a soybean plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic soybean plants and plant parts produced by those methods. The invention also relates to soybean cultivars or breeding cultivars, and plant parts derived from soybean cultivar 15115139. The invention also relates to methods for producing other soybean cultivars, lines, or plant parts derived from soybean cultivar 15115139, and to the soybean plants, varieties, and their parts derived from use of those methods. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds, plants, and plant parts produced by crossing cultivar 15115139 with another soybean cultivar.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

A soybean plant regenerated from the tissue culture of claim 4, wherein the regenerated soybean plant expresses all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of the soybean cultivar 15115139, representative seed of said soybean cultivar having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-12786.

### Claim 6

A method of soybean breeding comprising crossing a plant of soybean cultivar 15115139 with itself or a second soybean plant to produce soybean seed, representative seed of said soybean cultivar having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-12786.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The method of claim 6, wherein said second soybean plant is of a different genotype, and wherein said crossing of the plant of soybean cultivar 15115139 with said second plant of a different genotype produces hybrid soybean seed, representative seed of soybean cultivar 15115139 having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-12786.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

An F1 hybrid seed produced by the method of claim 7.

### Claim 9

A method of producing a plant of soybean cultivar 15115139 comprising an added desired trait, the method comprising introducing a transgene conferring the desired trait into a plant of soybean cultivar 15115139, representative seed of said soybean cultivar having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-12786, and wherein the transgene is expressed.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The method of claim 9, wherein the desired trait is selected from the group consisting of male sterility, herbicide tolerance, insect or pest resistance, disease resistance, modified fatty acid metabolism, and modified carbohydrate metabolism.

### Claim 11 (depends on 9)

A plant produced by the method of claim 9 or a selfed progeny thereof.

### Claim 12

A method of introducing a single locus conversion into soybean cultivar 15115139 comprising:
(a) crossing a plant of soybean cultivar 15115139 with a second plant comprising a desired single locus to produce F1 progeny plants, representative seed of said soybean cultivar having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-12786;
(b) selecting at least a first progeny plant from step (a) that comprises the single locus to produce a selected progeny plant;
(c) crossing the selected progeny plant from step (b) with a plant of soybean cultivar 15115139 to produce at least a first backcross progeny plant that comprises the single locus; and
(d) repeating steps (b) and (c) with the selected backcross progeny plant produced from step (c) used in place of the first progeny plant of step (b) during said repeating, wherein steps (b) and (c) are repeated until at least a first backcross progeny plant is produced comprising the single locus and essentially all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of soybean cultivar 15115139 when grown in the same environmental conditions.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The method of claim 12, wherein the single locus confers a trait selected from the group consisting of male sterility, herbicide tolerance, insect or pest resistance, disease resistance, modified fatty acid metabolism, abiotic stress resistance, and modified carbohydrate metabolism.

### Claim 14

A soybean plant of soybean cultivar 15115139, further comprising a single locus conversion, wherein the single locus conversion is introduced into soybean cultivar 15115139 by backcrossing or genetic transformation, representative seed of said soybean cultivar having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-12786; wherein said soybean plant comprises the single locus conversion and otherwise comprises essentially all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of soybean cultivar 15115139.
