## Abstract

A soybean cultivar designated 2484721658 is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar 2484721658, to the plants of soybean 2484721658, to plant parts of soybean cultivar 2484721658, and to methods for producing a soybean plant produced by crossing soybean cultivar 2484721658 with itself or with another soybean variety. The invention also relates to methods for producing a soybean plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic soybean plants and plant parts produced by those methods. This invention also relates to soybean cultivars, or breeding cultivars, and plant parts derived from soybean variety 2484721658, to methods for producing other soybean cultivars, lines or plant parts derived from soybean cultivar 2484721658, and to the soybean plants, varieties, and their parts derived from use of those methods. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds, plants, and plant parts produced by crossing the cultivar 2484721658 with another soybean cultivar.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

A soybean plant regenerated from the tissue culture of claim 3.

### Claim 5 (depends on 2)

A method for producing a soybean seed, comprising crossing two soybean plants and harvesting the resultant soybean seed, wherein at least one soybean plant is the soybean plant of claim 2.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

A soybean seed produced by the method of claim 5.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

A soybean plant, or a part thereof, produced by growing said seed of claim 6.

### Claim 8 (depends on 5)

The method of claim 5, wherein at least one of said soybean plants is transgenic.

### Claim 9 (depends on 2)

A method of producing an herbicide resistant soybean plant, wherein said method comprises introducing a gene conferring herbicide resistance into the plant of claim 2.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

A herbicide resistant soybean plant produced by the method of claim 9, wherein the gene confers resistance to a herbicide selected from the group consisting of glyphosate, sulfonylurea, imidazolinone, dicamba, glufosinate, phenoxy proprionic acid, L-phosphinothricin, cyclohexone, cyclohexanedione, triazine, and benzonitrile.

### Claim 11 (depends on 2)

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

A pest or insect resistant soybean plant produced by the method of claim 11.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The soybean plant of claim 12, wherein the gene encodes a Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) endotoxin.

### Claim 14 (depends on 2)

A method of producing a disease resistant soybean plant, wherein said method comprises introducing a gene which confers disease resistance into the soybean plant of claim 2.

### Claim 15 (depends on 14)

A disease resistant soybean plant produced by the method of claim 14.

### Claim 16 (depends on 2)

A method of producing a soybean plant with modified fatty acid metabolism or modified carbohydrate metabolism, wherein the method comprises introducing a gene encoding a protein selected from the group consisting of phytase, fructosyltransferase, levansucrase, .alpha.-amylase, invertase and starch branching enzyme or encoding an antisense of stearyl-ACP desaturase into the soybean plant of claim 2.
