## Abstract

A compound is represented by the following formula: In the formula (1), X is a chalcogen atom. Z is carbon or an aromatic ring structure having at least one sulfur, at least one oxygen, or at least one nitrogen in an aromatic ring to which a substituent is attached. n is an integer of 1 to 3. R1 and R2 are independently selected from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a straight, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, a straight, branched, or cyclic alkoxy group, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A compound represented by the following formula (1):
wherein X is a chalcogen atom,
wherein Z is carbon or an aromatic ring structure having at least one sulfur, at least one oxygen, or at least one nitrogen in an aromatic ring to which a substituent is capable of being attached,
wherein n is an integer of 1 to 3, and
wherein R1 and R2 are independently selected from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a straight, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, a straight, branched, or cyclic alkoxy group, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The compound according to claim 1,
wherein X is oxygen or sulfur,
wherein Z is a benzene ring, and
wherein n is 1.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The compound according to claim 1, wherein the compound is represented by the following formula (2), and
wherein R1 and R6 are independently selected from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a straight, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, a straight, branched, or cyclic alkoxy group, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group.

The compound according to claim 1,
wherein the compound is represented by the following formula (3), and
wherein R1-R6 are independently selected from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a straight, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, a straight, branched, or cyclic alkoxy group, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group.
