## Abstract

Compounds of the formula (I), wherein the substituents are as defined in claim 1, are useful as a pesticides.

## Claims

### Claim 1

Compounds of the formula I
wherein
X, Y and Z independently of each other are C1-4alkyl, C3-6cycloalkyl, C1-4haloalkyl, C1-4alkoxy, halogen, phenyl or phenyl substituted by C1-4alkyl, C1-4haloalkyl, halogen or cyano;
m and n, independently of each other, are 0, 1, 2 or 3 and m+n is 0, 1, 2 or 3;
G is hydrogen, a metal, ammonium, sulfonium or a latentiating group;
R1 and R2, independently of each other, are hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, benzyl, C1-4alkylcarbonyl or C1-4alkoxycarbonyl; or
R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a 5- to 7-membered ring optionally containing a further heteroatom selected from nitrogen, oxygen or sulphur;
R3 and R4, independently of each other, are hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, benzyl, C1-4alkylcarbonyl or C1-4alkoxycarbonyl; or
R3 and R4 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a 5- to 7-membered ring optionally containing a further heteroatom selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulphur; and
an agrochemically acceptable salt or an N-oxide thereof.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A process for the preparation of the compounds of the formula I according to claim 1, wherein G is hydrogen, which comprises cyclisation of the compound of formula IV
wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, X, Y, Z, m and n have the meanings assigned to them in claim 1, and R14 is C1-6alkyl, under basic conditions.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

A pesticidal composition comprising a pesticidal effective amount of at least one compound of formula I according to claim 1.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

A pesticidal composition according to claim 3, which, in addition to comprising the compound of formula I, comprises formulation adjuvants.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

A pesticidal composition according to claim 4, wherein the formulation adjuvant is an oil of vegetable or animal origin, a mineral oil, alkyl esters of such oils or mixtures of such oils and oil derivatives, or is a fertilizer or an ammonium- or phosphonium salt, optionally in a mixture with the above oils and oil derivatives.

### Claim 6 (depends on 3)

A pesticidal composition according to claim 3, which, in addition to comprising the compound of formula I, comprises at least one additional insecticide, acaricide, nemacitide or molluscicide.

### Claim 7 (depends on 3)

A pesticidal composition according to claim 3, which, in addition to comprising the compound of formula I, comprises at least one additional fungicide, herbicide, safener or plant growth regulator.

### Claim 8

A method of combating and controlling pests which comprises applying to a pest, to a locus of a pest, or to a plant susceptible to attack by a pest a pesticidally effective amount of a compound of formula I.

### Claim 9 (depends on 3)

A method of combating and controlling pests which comprises applying to a pest, to a locus of a pest, or to a plant susceptible to attack by a pest a pesticidal composition according to claim 3.
