Abstract
A signal level conversion circuit 1 includes a first differential amplifier circuit 10 and a second differential amplifier circuit 20. The first differential amplifier circuit 10 multiplies a potential difference between a first input signal and a second input signal by G1 thereby providing an output signal. The second differential amplifier circuit 20 multiplies a potential difference between the output signal of the first differential amplifier circuit 10 and the second input signal by G2 thereby providing an output, where the two gains satisfy the relation of G1×G2<0 and 0<−(G1+1)×G2<2.

A physical quantity detection device comprising:
- a signal level conversion circuit comprising:
- a first differential amplifier circuit that multiplies a potential difference between a first input signal and a second input signal by G1 thereby providing an output signal;
- and
- a second differential amplifier circuit that multiplies a potential difference between the output signal of the first differential amplifier circuit and the second input signal by G2 thereby providing an output signal, where G1×G2<0 and 0<−(G1+1)×G2<2;
- a sensor element that detects a physical quantity;
- and
- a physical quantity signal generation section that generates a physical quantity signal having a signal level according to the physical quantity based on a signal generated by the sensor element,
- the physical quantity signal and a reference voltage signal being supplied to the signal level conversion circuit as the first input signal and the second input signal, respectively.
A signal level conversion circuit comprising:
