Organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

An organic light emitting display device, comprising:

• a semiconductor layer formed on a substrate and an active layer of a thin film transistor formed by patterning the semiconductor layer;
• a first insulating layer, and a first transparent conductive layer;
• a first metal layer formed on the active layer, a base layer of a pixel electrode and a gate electrode of the thin film transistor formed by patterning the first transparent conductive layer and the first metal layer;
• a second insulating layer formed on the base layer and the gate electrode;
• a first opening exposing the first transparent conductive layer of the base layer, and contact holes exposing source and drain regions of the thin film transistor, formed by patterning the second insulating layer;
• a second metal layer &limed in the first opening and the contact holes;
• source and drain electrodes connected to the source and drain regions, respectively formed by patterning the second metal layer;
• a third metal layer and a second transparent conductive layer formed on the source and drain electrodes;
• an upper layer of the pixel electrode and capping layers of the source and drain electrodes foamed by patterning the third metal layer and the second transparent conductive layer;
• an intermediate layer comprising an organic emission layer formed on the upper layer of the pixel electrode;
• and
• a counter electrode disposed on the intermediate layer to face the pixel layer.
