Abstract
A novel soybean variety, designated XB56R11 is provided. Also provided are the seeds of soybean variety XB56R11, cells from soybean variety XB56R11, plants of soybean XB56R11, and plant parts of soybean variety XB56R11. Methods provided include producing a soybean plant by crossing soybean variety XB56R11 with another soybean plant, methods for introgressing a transgenic trait, a mutant trait, and/or a native trait into soybean variety XB56R11, methods for producing other soybean varieties or plant parts derived from soybean variety XB56R11, and methods of characterizing soybean variety XB56R11. Soybean seed, cells, plants, germplasm, breeding lines, varieties, and plant parts produced by these methods and/or derived from soybean variety XB56R11 are further provided.
Claims20
A plant or a plant part of soybean variety XB56R11, representative seed of said soybean variety XB56R11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-120138.
A seed of soybean variety XB56R11, representative seed of said soybean variety XB56R11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-120138.
A soybean seed obtained by introducing a transgene into soybean variety XB56R11 and producing said seed comprising the transgene, wherein a plant grown from said seed has substantially all of the morphological and physiological characteristics of soybean variety XB56R11 when grown in the same environmental conditions.
A soybean plant, or a part thereof, expressing all the physiological and morphological characteristics of soybean variety XB56R11, representative seed of said soybean variety XB56R11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-120138.
A method comprising isolating nucleic acids from a plant, a plant part, or a seed of soybean variety XB56R11, analyzing said nucleic acids to produce data, and recording the data for XB56R11.
