Abstract
A novel soybean variety, designated XB47P11 is provided. Also provided are the seeds of soybean variety XB47P11, cells from soybean variety XB47P11, plants of soybean XB47P11, and plant parts of soybean variety XB47P11. Methods provided include producing a soybean plant by crossing soybean variety XB47P11 with another soybean plant, methods for introgressing a transgenic trait, a mutant trait, and/or a native trait into soybean variety XB47P11, methods for producing other soybean varieties or plant parts derived from soybean variety XB47P11, and methods of characterizing soybean variety XB47P11. Soybean seed, cells, plants, germplasm, breeding lines, varieties, and plant parts produced by these methods and/or derived from soybean variety XB47P11 are further provided.
Claims18
A plant or a plant part of soybean variety XB47P11, representative seed of said soybean variety XB47P11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-13560.
A seed of soybean variety XB47P11, representative seed of said soybean variety XB47P11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-13560.
A soybean seed obtained by introducing a transgene into soybean variety XB47P11, representative seed of said soybean variety XB47P11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-13560.
A soybean plant, or a part thereof, expressing all the physiological and morphological characteristics of soybean variety XB47P11, representative seed of said soybean variety XB47P11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-13560.
A method of selecting a plant comprising:
- a) isolating nucleic acids from a plant or a plant part of soybean variety XB47P11, representative seed of said soybean variety XB47P11 having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-13560,
- b) identifying one or more molecular markers from the isolated nucleic acids to produce a molecular marker profile, and
- c) selecting a plant having the molecular marker profile.
