Abstract
A novel and excellent method for preventing and/or treating diseases related to a cannabinoid type 2 receptor, based on an agonistic action on a cannabinoid type 2 receptor. It was found that a hetero ring derivative mainly having two substituents, for example, a pyrimidine-5-carboxamide derivative having a substituent amino group at the 2-position, exhibits a potent agonistic action on a cannabinoid type 2 receptor, and can be an agent for preventing and/or treating diseases related to a cannabinoid type 2 receptor such as inflammatory diseases, pain, and the like.
Claims16
A compound of formula (I), or a salt thereof:
- wherein
- R1 is lower alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, or halogeno-lower alkyl;
- R2 is —C(O)R20;
- W is —NH—;
- R3 is C7-10 cycloalkyl which optionally has 1 to 5 substituents selected from the group consisting of lower alkyl, halogen, and —OH, on the ring;
- each R0 is the same as or different from each other, each representing H or lower alkyl;
- R20 is a nitrogen-containing saturated hetero ring group which optionally has 1 to 5 substituents selected from Group G2;
- Group G2 is lower alkyl, halogen, halogeno-lower alkyl, —C(O)OR0, —C(O)N(R0)2, —CN, —X—OR0, —O-lower alkylene-OR0, —O-halogeno-lower alkyl, —OC(O)-lower alkyl, —X—N(R0)2, oxo, —X—C3-6 cycloalkyl, —X—O—X—C3-6 cycloalkyl, —X-phenyl, or —X-morpholinyl;
- each X is the same as or different from each other, each representing a bond or lower alkylene.
