Tire pressure gauge and fastening and unfastening tool of the same

A tire pressure gauge fastening and unfastening tool for fastening and unfastening a tire pressure gauge to and from an air nozzle of a vehicle tire with the tire pressure gauge including a holder and an air intake seat fastened to the air nozzle in this order, the holder and the air intake seat including respectively a first positioning ring and a second positioning ring formed at an outer diameter smaller than the first positioning ring, comprising:

• an outer barrel including a first housing chamber with a first anchor portion inside to latch the first positioning ring;
• an inner barrel which is held in the first housing chamber and includes a second housing chamber with a second anchor portion inside to latch the second positioning ring;
• and
• a driving shaft which includes an outer tube and an inner tube held in the outer tube, the outer tube and the inner tube being coupled respectively with the outer barrel and the inner barrel to drive respectively the outer barrel and the inner barrel to rotate.
