Flake pigment, powder paint containing the same, powder-coated film obtained by coating with the powder paint using triboelectrification electrostatic coating apparatus, painted product on which film is formed, and method of manufacturing flake pigment

A flake pigment, comprising:

• a flake particle;
• a single-layer or multiple-layer coat covering a surface of the flake particle;
• and
• a fine particle having an average particle size in a range from 5 nm to 1 μm,
• an outermost layer of said coat including a copolymer including one or more type of first bond unit originating from a fluoric polymerizable monomer having fluorine and one or more type of second bond unit originating from a polymerizable monomer having phosphate group, and
• said fine particle being fixed to the surface of said flake pigment with said outermost layer being interposed between said flake particle and said fine particle and having a characteristic to provide, to said flake pigment, stable triboelectrification characteristics, with color unevenness being suppressed.
