A compound according to formula (III):
- wherein
- R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, —NR7R8 or —C(═O)NR7R8;
- R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, carbocyclyl, substituted carbocyclyl, heterocyclyl, substituted heterocyclyl, heteroaryl or substituted heteroaryl;
- B is —C(═O)—, —NR11—, —C(═O)NR11—, or —NR11C(═O)—;
- each R5 is independently halogen, trifluoromethyl, cyano, hydroxy, nitro, C1-6 alkyl, —C(═O)R13, —C(═O)NR13R14, —NR13R14, or —NR13C(═O)R14;
- each R6 is independently halogen, trifluoromethyl, cyano, hydroxy, amino, substituted amino, nitro, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkoxy, substituted alkoxy, alkylamino, or substituted alkylamino;
- R7 and R8 are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, C3-7cycloalkyl, phenyl, benzyl, phenylethyl, naphthyl, a four to seven membered heterocyclo, or a five to six membered heteroaryl, or may join to form a heterocyclyl or heteroaryl;
- R11 is H;
- R13 and R14 are each independently hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, substituted C1-6 alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heterocyclyl, substituted heterocyclyl, heteroaryl or substituted heteroaryl, or R13 and R14 are taken together with the nitrogen to which they are both attached to form an optionally substituted monocyclic heterocyclyl, or an optionally substituted bicyclic heterocyclyl;
- m is zero or an integer from 1 to 4;
- and
- n is zero or an integer from 1 to 5.
