A polymer compound comprising a residue of a compound represented by the following formula (1):

• wherein R1 represents a mono-valent alicyclic hydrocarbon group, an aryl group or a mono-valent heterocyclic group, a group represented by R1 optionally has a substituent, A1 represents —N═ or —C(R2)═, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, an arylalkyl group, an arylalkoxy group, an alkenyl group, an arylalkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an arylalkynyl group, an amino group, a substituted amino group, a silyl group, a substituted silyl group, a halogen atom, an acyl group, an acyloxy group, an amide group, a mono-valent heterocyclic group, a heterocyclic oxy group, a carboxyl group, a substituted carboxyl group, a nitro group or a cyano group, a group represented by R2 optionally has a substituent, six A1s may be the same or different, and four R1s may be the same or different.
