N-hydroxy C29-amide derivatives of oleandrane

A compound having the following general structural formula I,

• wherein:
• R3a and R3b together are selected from ═O, ═NRa, ═N—O—Ra;
• or R3a and R3b are independently from one another selected from hydrogen, —O—Ra, —O—C(═O)—Ra, —NH—Ra, —NH—O—Ra, —NH—C(═O)—Ra and —NH—S(═O)2Ra;
• and
• R11a and R11b together are selected from ═O, ═NRa, ═N—O—Ra;
• or R11a and R11b are independently from one another selected from hydrogen, —O—Ra, —O—C(═O)—Ra, —NH—Ra, methyl, ethyl, ethynyl, fluorine, chlorine, and bromine;
• and a single or double bond is present at 12-13;
• R31 is selected from hydrogen, hydroxyalkyl, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-8 alkynyl, —CF3, —(CH2)n—C6-14 aryl, —CH═CH—C6-14 aryl, —C≡C—C6-14 aryl, —(CH2)n—C5-14 heteroaryl, —CH═CH—C5-14 heteroaryl, —C≡C—C5-14 heteroaryl, carboxylic acid, —(CH2)n—C3-8 cycloalkyl, —CH═CH—C3-8 cycloalkyl and —C≡C—C3-8 cycloalkyl;
• and
• R32 is hydrogen or selected from optionally substituted hydroxyalkyl, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-8 alkynyl, —CF3, —(CH2)n—C6-14 aryl, —CH═CH—C6-14 aryl, —C≡C—C6-14 aryl, —(CH2)n—C5-14 heteroaryl, —CH═CH—C5-14heteroaryl, —C≡C—C5-14 heteroaryl, carboxylic acid, —(CH2)n—C3-8 cycloalkyl, —CH═CH—C3-8cycloalkyl and —C≡C—C3-8cycloalkyl;
• Ra is selected from hydrogen, hydroxyalkyl, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-8 alkynyl, —CF3, —(CH2)n—C6-14 aryl, —CH═CH—C6-14 aryl, —C≡C—C6-14 aryl, —(CH2)n—C5-14heteroaryl, —CH═CH—C5-14heteroaryl, —C≡C—C5-14heteroaryl, carboxylic acid, —(CH2)n—C3-8cycloalkyl, —CH═CH—C3-8cycloalkyl and —C≡C—C3-8cycloalkyl;
• and
• each n independently of one another denotes 0, 1 or 2,
• including pharmaceutically effective salts, solvates, prodrugs, tautomers, racemates, enantiomers, diastereomers and mixtures thereof, with the proviso that compounds (3S, 18R, 20S)-3-(acetyloxy)-N-hydroxy-11-oxo-olean-12-en-29-amide and (3S, 18R, 20S)-3-(hydroxy)-N-hydroxy-11-oxo-olean-12-en-29-amide are not encompassed.
