Azo compound, azo pigment, pigment dispersion, coloring composition, color filter, ink for inkjet recording, and printing ink

An azo compound represented by the following formula (1), a tautomer thereof, and a salt or hydrate of the azo compound or the tautomer:

• wherein in the formula (1),
• A represents a heterocyclic group;
• G represents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, or a heterocyclic group;
• R1 and R2 each independently represent a group represented by the following formula (2) or (3):
• wherein R3 represents an amino group, an aliphatic oxy group, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, an aromatic oxy group, or a heterocyclic group;
• X1 represents —O—, —S—, —NR— or —N═;
• R represents a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic group;
• Y represents a divalent group which forms a heterocyclic ring together with the nitrogen atom and X1;
• R11 represents a substituent, and when there are plural R11's, R11's may be identical with or different from each other;
• * represents a bond that is bonded to the naphthalene ring in the formula (1);
• and
• m's each independently represent an integer of 0 to 4.
