Abstract
A stamp for transferring a pattern to a substrate in the presence of a third medium, includes a permeable hydrophilic matrix for guiding excess third medium away from the surface of the stamp.
Claims5
An apparatus for transferring a pattern to a substrate in the presence of a third medium, comprising:
- a stamp having vias formed completely therethrough;
- each of vias filled with a material permeable by the third medium, wherein the material permeable by the third medium extends beyond a first open end of the vias at a first surface of the stamp, and wherein the material permeable by the third medium also extends beyond a second open end of the vias at a second surface of the stamp opposite the first surface.
