An azeotropic or azeotrope-like composition consisting essentially of 1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane, hexafluoropropene and hydrogen fluoride.
A method of forming an azeotropic or azeotrope-like composition comprising adding an effective amount of hydrogen fluoride and hexafluoropropene to 1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane.
