Abstract
A tractor is disclosed as a four-wheel drive vehicle with a movable seat back, with a seat height adjustment and with a varying load capability. The tractor also has a speed control device.

An all terrain vehicle (ATV), comprising:
- a vehicle frame;
- a seat pivotally mounted relative to the frame at a pivot position adjacent a front of the seat;
- a seat load compensation assembly comprising a load frame which is pivotally mounted relative to the vehicle frame and connected to a rear portion of the seat, the seat load compensation assembly providing a reactive force on the seat;
- and
- a seat height adjusting mechanism, whereby the seat may be inclined about the pivot position relative to the vehicle frame and held at a different inclined height by way of the seat height adjusting mechanism;
- wherein the reactive force on the seat may be modified for different drivers.
