Access method and apparatus of multimedia broadcast multicast service on dedicated carrier

An access method of Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) on a dedicated carrier, comprising:

• synchronizing a user equipment to a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) dedicated carrier;
• the user equipment determining the start-frame of a system message on the MBMS dedicated carrier;
• and
• the user equipment monitoring the system message from the start-frame of the system message,
• wherein determining, by the user equipment, the start-frame of the system message includes:
• A. continuously detecting the preamble of the control time slot of a sub-frame, determining a phase difference between the preambles of the control time slot and the service time slot in each sub-frame, and sequentially calculating difference values between the phase differences of the preambles of the control time slots and the service time slots of every two continuous sub-frames;
• and
• B. determining an start-frame for transmitting a system message according to the difference values between the phase differences of the preambles determined in step A.
