Abstract
A light and fragrance producing device includes an electrically powered light source and a separate electrically powered heating element. The device also includes a fragrance disk that can emit fragrances when heated by the heating element. The fragrance disk also can be configured to remain solid while heated by the heating element rather than melting or evaporating. The device can also include a decorative outer housing that can be interchangeable.
Claims7
A device comprising:
- a base unit comprising:
- an annular heating surface defining a central heating surface hole;
- a post extending through the central heating surface hole;
- and
- a light source supported by the post;
- and
- an annular fragrance disk supported by the base unit,
- wherein the fragrance disk comprises a disk body that defines a central fragrance disk hole,
- wherein the fragrance disk includes a second hole extending through the disk body, and
- wherein the heating surface includes a raised surface feature configured to extend into the second hole in the fragrance disk.
