Abstract
This invention relates to chromen-2-one derivatives useful as monoamine neurotransmitter re-uptake inhibitors. In other aspects the invention relates to the use of these compounds in a method for therapy and to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the invention.
Claims5
A chromenone compound the Formula I:
- an isomer thereof,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein R1 represents hydrogen or alkyl;
- each of R2, R2′, R3 and R3′, independent of each other, represent hydrogen or alkyl;
- or
- R2 and R3 together form —(CH2)p—;
- and R2′ and R3′, independent of each other,
- represent hydrogen or alkyl;
- wherein p is 1, 2 or 3;
- m is 0, 1 or 2;
- n is 0, 1 or 2;
- X represents —O—;
- and
- Q represents chromen-2-one-7-yl.
