Fused heterocyclic ring compound

A compound represented by the formula:

• wherein
• ring P is a further substituted 6-membered aromatic ring;
• ring Q is a further optionally substituted 6-membered aromatic ring;
• A1 is CR4aR4b wherein R4a and R4b are each independently a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted heterocyclic group or an optionally substituted hydroxy group, NR4c wherein R4c is a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, 0, S, SO or SO2;
• L1 is an optionally substituted C1-5 alkylene group;
• L2 is a bond or an optionally substituted C1-3 alkylene group;
• L3 and L4 are each independently an optionally substituted C1-3 alkylene group;
• R1 is
• (1) a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, an optionally substituted heterocyclic group or an optionally substituted hydroxy group, or
• (2) when A1 is CR4aR4b, R1 and R4a and/or R4b in combination optionally form, together with the adjacent carbon atoms, an optionally substituted 4- to 8-membered ring, or
• (3) when A1 is Nr4c, R1 and R4c in combination optionally form, together with the adjacent carbon atom and nitrogen atom, an optionally substituted 4- to 8-membered nitrogen-containing heterocycle;
• R2 is a hydrogen atom, a cyano group or an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group;
• and
• R3a is a group represented by the formula:
• —CO—SRA1 wherein RA1 is an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, or R3a is an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered aromatic ring group, or a salt thereof.
