Abstract
The present invention provides compositions of modified pectin and methods for preparing and using them.
Claims18
An injectable pharmaceutical composition comprising a colloidal suspension of a purified modified pectin or a deesterified, partially depolymerized and purified modified pectin, wherein the colloidal suspension comprises colloidal particles less than 1 micron in diameter that consist essentially of a purified modified pectin or a deesterified, partially depolymerized and purified modified pectin having an average molecular weight in the range 70-175 kD.
