Abstract
The invention relates to an ammonia tank of an exhaust gas treatment system of a vehicle, having a tank wall. The invention provides that the tank wall is surrounded by a reagent reacting with regard to ammonia.

An ammonia tank of an exhaust gas treatment system of a vehicle, having a tank wall which is sheathed by a reagent that reacts with respect to ammonia, and the reagent reacts with ammonia to form a reaction product which acts as a tank leak sealing product, wherein the tank wall is embodied at least as a double wall and has at least one hollow chamber which surrounds an entire tank volume and in which the reagent is located.
