A crystalline form of 6-O-(4-dimethylaminoethoxy)cinnamoyl fumagillol, free base, characterized by a powder X-ray diffraction pattern having a characteristic peak in degrees 2θ at about 13.3, 17.4, and 19.9.
A crystalline form of 6-O-(4-dimethylaminoethoxy)cinnamoyl fumagillol, free base, having a space group of P212121.
