Abstract
Disclosed is an LED package. The LED package includes a package body, a semiconductor light emitting device on the package body and at least one of frames on the package body. At least one of the frames includes a bottom frame on the package body, and at least two sidewall frames extending from the bottom frame and inclined with respect to the bottom frame.

A light emitting diode package comprising:
- a package body;
- a semiconductor light emitting device on the package body;
- and
- a plurality of frames on the package body,
- wherein at least one of the plurality of frames comprises a bottom frame on the package body, and at least two sidewall frames extend from the bottom frame and are inclined with respect to the bottom frame,
- wherein at least one of the sidewall frames is inclined at an angle of about 15° to about 30° with respect to an axis perpendicular to the bottom frame, and
- wherein at least two of the plurality of frames are electrically separated from each other.
