Abstract
Provided are methods for treating myasthenia gravis in a patient, comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of at least one chemical entity chosen from compounds of Formula I and compounds of Formula II: and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

A method for treating myasthenia gravis in a patient, comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of at least one chemical entity chosen from compounds of Formula I and compounds of Formula II:
- and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein
- R1 is selected from alkenyl and alkynyl;
- R4 is hydrogen;
- and
- R2 is selected from 3-pentyl, 4-heptyl, 4-methyl-1-morpholinopentan-2-yl, isobutyl, cyclohexyl, cyclopropyl, sec-butyl, tert-butyl, isopropyl, 1-hydroxybutan-2-yl, tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl, 1-methoxybutan-2-yl, 1-aminobutan-2-yl, and 1-morpholinobutan-2-yl;
- provided that R1 is not hex-1-enyl.
