2-(2-oxoindoline-3-ylidene)methyl-5-(2-hydroxy-3-morpholin-4-yl-propyl)-6,7-dihydro-1H-pyrrol[3,2-C]pyridine-4(5H)-one compounds and use as protein kinase inhibitors

A compound according to formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein:
• R1, R2, R3, R4 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, —OR5, —O[CH2CH2O]rR7, —NR5R6, —COR5 and —NR5COR6, wherein said aryl or heteroaryl is further substituted by one or more groups selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxyl and halogen;
• R5 and R6 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl, wherein said alkyl is further substituted by one or more groups selected from the group consisting of aryl, heteroaryl, haloaryl, hydroxyl, alkoxyl, aryloxyl, carboxylic acid and carboxylic ester;
• R7 is hydrogen or alkyl;
• and
• r is an integer from 1 to 6.
