A compound of a formula:

• wherein:
• Y is —Cl, —F, —Br, —CN, or —CF3;
• X is C0-C14 alkylene, alkenylene, or alkynylene;
• Z is optionally substituted methylene or C2-C14 optionally substituted alkylene, optionally substituted alkenylene, or optionally substituted alkynylene;
• E is interarylene or interheteroarylene;
• R is H, C1-6 alkyl, phenyl, —CH2CH2OH, or —CH2CH2—N(R1)2 wherein R1 is C1 to C6 alkyl, or each R1 taken together with the nitrogen atom forms a ring optionally containing an additional heteroatom;
• and
• A is unsubstituted cycloalkyl;
• or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, tautomers, enantiomers, and diastereomers thereof.
