Abstract
Microstructures, microdevices and related methods are disclosed.
Claims27
An article, comprising:
- a first portion formed of a first polymer;
- a coating covalently bonded to the first portion, the coating comprising a material different from the first polymer;
- and
- a second portion that is covalently bonded to the first portion and is formed of a second polymer different from the first polymer,
- wherein all surfaces of the second portion are substantially free of the coating;
- and
- wherein the article has a maximum dimension of about 100 microns or less.
