Abstract
A conjugate protein comprising an IL-2 and a soluble TGF-beta type II receptor type B and its use in cancer immunotherapy are described.
Claims4
A conjugate protein comprising an interleukin-2 (IL-2) linked to a soluble TGF-beta type II receptor B (sTβRIIB);
- wherein the sTβRIIB is the ectodomain or extracellular domain of TGF-beta type II receptor B;
- wherein the conjugate protein comprises the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2, 4, 6, 8 or a variant modified in a linker region between the IL-2 and the sTβRIIB;
- wherein the variant comprises a sequence having at least 95% similarity to SEQ ID NO:2, 4, 6, 8 and has the same activity as SEQ ID NO:2, 4, 6 or 8.
