Abstract
Amorphous, polymorphic, and solvated forms of 17-amino geldanamycin are disclosed. These compounds are particularly useful for the treatment of cancer, a neoplastic disease state and/or a hyperproliferative disorder, and inhibiting Heat Shock Protein 90 (“Hsp90”).
Claims13
A polymorph Form I of 17-amino-geldanamycin characterized by XRPD peaks at 6.2±0.3, 8.5±0.3, 13.6±0.3 and 15.9±0.3 degrees 2-theta.
A polymorph Form II of 17-amino-geldanamycin characterized by XRPD peaks at 12.5±0.3, 15.1±0.3, 20.7±0.3, 22.4±0.3 and 25.0±0.3 degrees 2-theta.
A polymorph Form III of 17-amino-geldanamycin characterized by XRPD peaks at 18.3±0.3, 21.0±0.3, and 24.3±0.3 degrees 2-theta.
