Abstract
Pharmaceutical compositions containing new molecules capable of inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, thus being useful in the treatment of pathologies associated to cholinergic transmission, such as memory related disorders, neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's Disease, Miastenia Gravis or in the treatment of intoxications induced by chemical agents of central action The production processes of pharmaceutical compositions.
Claims17
A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of amnesia associated with cholinergic transition by reversing the amnesia, comprising:
- a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and at least one compound of general formula (III):
- wherein:
- n corresponds to an integer number from 2 to 16;
- R1 is acetyl or t-butoxycarbonyl;
- R2 is either hydrogen or methyl;
- and
- X is chloride or iodide;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of amnesia associated with cholinergic transition by reversing the amnesia, comprising:
- a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and at least one compound of general formula (II):
- wherein:
- n is 9;
- R1 is t-butoxycarbonyl;
- R2 is hydrogen;
- and
- X is chloride;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of amnesia associated with cholinergic transition by reversing the amnesia, comprising:
- a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and at least one compound of general formula (II):
- wherein:
- n is 9;
- R1 is acetyl;
- R2 is methyl;
- and
- X is iodide;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
