Abstract
Disclosed herein are novel pyrazole compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a method for preparing the same, and uses thereof as anticancer agents.
Claims6
A pyrazole compound represented by the following Formula 1:
- wherein
- is a pyrimidyl ring;
- R1 is a hydrogen atom;
- C1-C6 alkyl;
- or acetyl;
- one of R2 and R3 represents an electron pair forming a double bond within the pyrazole ring, while the other is a hydrogen atom;
- cyano;
- C1-C6 alkyl;
- or cyano C1-C6 alkyl;
- R4 is a hydrogen atom;
- a halogen atom;
- hydroxy;
- azetidinyl;
- hydroxyazetidinyl;
- pyrrolidyl;
- hydroxypyrrolidyl;
- pyridyl;
- phenyl;
- or substituted phenyl having 1 to 3 substituents selected independently from the group consisting of cyano, amino, C1-C6 alkylamino, di(C1-C6 alkyl)amino, C1-C6 alkylcarbonyl, C1-C6 alkylamide, and phenoxy;
- and n is an integer of 1-3, representing the number of the substituent R4;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
